We use your data to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, support replies), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Image data
Uploaded images are processed on our servers and stored temporarily. Processed images are available in your account for download. We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties. You may delete your images at any time from your account.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Images are retained until you delete them or close your account. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by French accounting law.

We use Stripe for payment processing (Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy). Stripe processes payment data under their own privacy policy as a data controller.
