ProductBG is an AI-powered image optimisation service designed for e-commerce sellers. Upload product photos, and ProductBG removes the background automatically, producing white-background or transparent PNG images ready for Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

JPG and PNG files are supported. Maximum file size is 10 MB per image. Output is always PNG (lossless, with or without alpha channel).

No. Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.

"Balanced" is the best default for most products. "Product" is tuned for hard-edged manufactured goods. "High Quality" is the most precise model — use it for fine jewellery, hair, or transparent materials. "Fast" is a lighter model for high-volume workflows where speed is the priority.

You can export at 512 px, 1024 px (marketplace standard), 2000 px, or keep the original image dimensions. All outputs are square-canvas, with the product centred and padded.

Yes. Uploaded images are processed server-side and are not shared with third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details on data retention and your rights.

You can retry failed images individually at no extra credit cost. If processing fails after multiple retries, please contact support and we will investigate.

Yes. If a job has not yet started, a Cancel button is available on the image card. Credits are refunded for cancelled images.

Due to the digital nature of credits, we do not offer refunds once credits have been consumed. Unused credits are never charged. Please use your free credits to test quality before purchasing a pack.
